Yo, I Heard You Don't Like Stickers...
So I’m not usually one for decorating every square inch of every computer I own with stickers, but…
Well one of my close friends told me that, personally, they don’t like people who sticker their devices. Naturally, I immediately bought 18 stickers and applied them to every single one that I own. As for the result, I imagine you can see it scrolling by above.
For those wondering, here’s a list of the stickers on each device:
HP EliteBook 8570p
Mobile Development Platform, Mint / Arch boot
- 2x Goulet Pens fountain pen stickers
- Unexpected ‘{’ on line 32 sticker
Roses are red, violets are blue, unexpected '{' on line 32
- Vim sticker
- Linux Mint logo sticker
- Golang sticker
- Rust language sticker
- VSCode sticker
- Arch Linux logo sticker
- Git sticker
- C# language sticker
- C++ language sticker
- Python language sticker
Lenovo ThinkPad t440
Useless Useful hackintosh and main mobile workstation
- Apple logo sticker
- Swift language sticker
- There’s no place like
127.0.0.1
sticker. - Emacs sticker
- Magpul logo sticker
- Haskell language sticker
- XCode sticker
Surface Pro 3
Manjaro powered super tablet
- I turn coffee into code sticker
- Manjaro Linux logo sticker
For anyone who just counted and realized that they all summed up to 22, not 18, realize that I did have the fountain pen stickers and apple sticker on before ordering the rest, and the Magpul one was sitting around but not actively applied to anything.
By the way… is the fact that they’re not all perfectly squared up or aligned bothering you yet? Contrary to how I normally do things… that’s intentional.
